BTW Marriage is not valid only if husband is not aware about her pregnancy but he knew everything.

I have read that according to hindu rituals and religious laws pregnant woman can't take pheras around the fire so shouldn't they do a court marriage. Also saw in another show I think it was Dil Se Dil Tak on colors where Teni couldn't take pheras due to pregnancy.

Also another thing Prerna-Bajaj marriage can be potentially declared invalid by using the Hindu Marriage Act 1955.

3. The bride was pregnant by another man other then the bridegroom at the time of the marriage.

Prerna is pregnant with Anu's child so Prerna-Bajaj marriage is potentially voidable.

But here, the husband already knows, so this isn't applicable.

Ah the good old Indian laws

Hmmmm. But one of the bride or groom has to apply for the annulment to make it voidable. A third person outsider cannot claim the marriage to be nullified because of these terms 😆.
