How is Prerna marrying Bajaj while she is pregnant?

I have read that according to hindu rituals and religious laws pregnant woman can't take pheras around the fire so shouldn't they do a court marriage. Also saw in another show I think it was Dil Se Dil Tak on colors where Teni couldn't take pheras due to pregnancy.

I know this won't stop the marriage but just saying.

Also another thing Prerna-Bajaj marriage can be potentially declared invalid by using the Hindu Marriage Act 1955.

Prerna is pregnant with Anu's child so Prerna-Bajaj marriage is potentially voidable.

But according to religious laws, the woman shouldn't be pregnant for more than 7 months I feel. 🤔

Yes a man can file a case if he finds out his wife is pregnant before marriage . If this is proved, then the marriage turns void and can be annuled, so no need for divorce.

But here, the husband already knows, so this isn't applicable.

Yes it is voidable IF the husband/wife want. In this case, the husband already knows that she's pregnant.

be careful. if they ask to write something about hindu marriage , Anu-Pre ki dedh shadi hua, Kom-Anu ki pura shadi, Pre-Naveen ki 0.5 shadi, Bajju-Pre ki dhai shadi(?) likh diya toh?🤣

She has accepted this marriage and so has he.

I don't think if the consent is given, it should be a problem🤔
