but his brand of movies have nothing in common with Kabir Singh.
His movies are comedy where they show men as victims and women as oppressors. Kabir Singh was none.
If BW thinks, it is the misogyny which made it hit, than they have to be the biggest fools.
Repressed misogyny through alpha maledom made the movie a hit. Nobody is a fool lol. And Luv Ranjan's movies are of the same brand. Men are dogs pissing territorial in Kabir Singh and men are victims in the hands of evil women in Ranjan's movies. In the end,'men men men' and men will be men are the themes.

Both Kabir Singh and Luv Ranjan movies are well packaged movies that caters to glorify two side of the same coin. Kabir Singh glorified toxic masculinity whereas Luv's movies glorified toxic feminity.

Funny thing is the former is considered the hero and sympathesized with while the latter is considered evil and villainous as the men have an epiphany about their victimhood lol.

Chalo tumhari baat maan li, but one of the major draws of Kabir Singh/Arjun Reddy was the alpha character of Kabir Singh, Luv's movie men are mostly mohalle ki aunty types heroes who do kurkur more and action less, while Arjun Reddy was I don't give a damn about anyone, anything but me.
Luv doesn't have that to cater to the alpha attitude of men, his men are the Kapil Sharma jokes husbands.
Although if you and Bollywood think they are somehow in same genre, toh well it's your opinion and you have every right to think that way.
Was really upsetting to see the men in blue cry. Especially watching Dhoni walk back to the pavilion. Rohit and Kohli looked heart broken.
Well played though, all through the tournament. As Kohli said, 45 minutes of bad cricket cost them a whole lot. Still proud of their show through this WC.

I have no sympathy for kohli n rohit. Always go missing in big matches.
Feel bad for dhoni and jadeja who put his heart today
