Kareena has that image of being Poo off screen so its hard to imagine or even expect her to sympathise with the contestants or the emotions they go through whilst performing. She's too self absorbed to understand their emotions. You need to be selfless and have a friendly demeanour just because your a good actor or popular celeb does not mean you'll be a great judge example Shilpa Shetty maybe not be a great actor but she knows how to connect with people.
