i think for malhar the priority issue has not yet striken him much vo bas baathom me bol gayi.he feels that she dont trust him especially in pillus matter.the way sampu has manipulated the hospital issue even today it seemed like kallu was making itmountain out of a mole hill.mallu think due to her over concern for pillu she is destroying her future which indirectly triggers his guilt .like 18 yr old pe bache ki responsibilty. all they need is to sit and talk
