Yes, Sneha, thankfully things have settled a bit & I can take a small breather😊my lunch break is not more than 5 -10 minutes, as I go through most of 24 hours assessment, deciding on next day's ( & my work with particular team for Saturday) schedules/ conference /presentations & meetings,lunch is more of organising calendar ,a bit of infiltration of personal & professional 😃

Hopefully things at home have settled for you all at home,it's strangely beguiling how time acts as healing panacea & composes and reconciles the brain and body ..you've gone through a lot mentally, physically and emotionally in last few months, if possible take a small break & recharge yourself 😃
