Ekta on how KZK idea came about.

So I was searching for Ekta on Anurag and Prena, and I came across this book where Ekta talks about her shows and other things the book has. Anyway on KZK this is what I found:

Being asked how she conceptualized Kasauti, Ekta K reply was as follows: “unrequited love between by Prena and Anurag. I was inspired by a real life incident. A friend of mine ditched his girlfriend to marry as his parents’ wishes. I was disturbed. Why couldn’t the other woman be positive? Prena was born. Why can’t the wife be negative? Komolika was born.” Ekta’s observations echoed Kejriwal who said that “ Star TV directed Ekta Kapoor to make a passionate love story.

And in this article many things are said, but what I found funny was how Star initially shot down the idea as they couldn’t fathom how a story about two people in love would last more than 50 episodes as said in this article.

Somewhere I am thanking that guy as well as cursing him 🤣

But honestly that guy who ditched his gf is at fault no one else 😳 why make the women Saint & Villain respectively😳 I will never understand Ekta. Maybe that's why she is what she is today 😆

Well thank God she didn't take inspiration for the character of Bajaj from anywhere 😆. That's why she could create her first successful grey character. Otherwise sab koi ek thaali ke chate bate hai, be positive, or be negative. Boring. 🤓

No wonder . She sees only broken and failed relationships around her in tv and bollywood and keep getting inspiration from them. She and slb are soulmates. All sadist stories having sad endings.

Thanks TM for sharing this . They tried something similar making the other woman good in Silsila but sadly it backfired. Glad it worked for this show !

If u love a third person how ur love can be undying.

Only if u love that person throughout ur life. Then it can be undying.

No infact she gives only black shades to the men . Uska bas chale toh she creates a men free planet..somehow she doesnt see happy couples , only the troubled ones. ..see her movies veere di wedding and some web series..men r treated like shit in her world..saari bhadaas nikalti hai through her serials 😆just the fathers r good always
