Shivani says I love Sameer and he loves me and I wont hear any word against him. Her sis-in-law, Vanita slaps her. Neighbors crib that they were here to scrutinize about Raghav-Naina. From where did Shivani’s love story come. Shivani’s brother tries to intervene but Shivani says it’s the truth. Sameer asks all to keep quiet. Rakesh and Naina tries to calm Sameer.Sameer says lies work as long as it doesnt hurt anyone. Truth is, Naina is my wife. Preeti’s in laws are shocked. Shivani too. Sameer narrates the whole truth. He says two people are being hurt coz of this lie. Please forgive me Naina for telling the truth. I cant bear the burden of these lies anymore.Naina tells Sameer that am not angry on you but proud that you thought of someone else’s pain. She tells everyone that they know the whole truth and can decide to kick them out of the society. We came here for some dreams but you put so many conditions on us that we had to start lying. We lied only to fulfil our small dreams. But now you can all decide. Shivani’s sis-in-law hugs Naina. Allare shocked. She says you saved Shivani’s life. Her brother too thanks Sameer. Everyone praises Sameer. Preeti too supports them. Sameer apologizes for breaking her heart. Shivani wipes her tears and says you still need to come watch DDLJ with me. She invites Naina too. All exclaim that today is a great day, all lies are being disclosed. Rakesh says nothing is wrong with my brain. All laugh. Rakesh is exasperated.
Narrator—In summer when you have no electricity and when it comes back, you feel like your life is back. That day, we had same feeling. After that day of truth, society was our family.
Vanita and neighbors talk about Sameer-Naina’s special love story. Preeti says they raised hell to get married. Naina offers to show them her photo album. Sameer is playing cricket with the men of the society.The neighbors talk about Naina landing a hot dude like Sameer. Sameer talks of professing love at Mt. Abu. Naina too describes the moment. Sameer shares about Rakesh’s opposition.All are enjoying the story of Sameer-Naina’s love story.
Sameer notices Naina and they describe how they were telling society people about their love story. Vanita says your love story is great but you made a story of full lies. Why don’t you write stories?

One of the neighbour asks about Sameer’s ad?Sameer says told them about my marriage too I wanna take this second chance with truthfulness. Naina agrees that if we can work hard and be brave, Mumbai will give us second chance. Rakesh calls Sameer. Sameer is on the phone and then rushes and tells that he got another ad. All congratulate Sameer. Naina rushes upstairs. Rakesh listening to ‘Aaj main upar’. Naina comes and freezes seeing Rakesh. He walks away but Sameer stops him and all three hug and dance.
Part 2
BG- Mumbai hum ko jum gai
Sameer is preparing to film the ad on set.Sameer reads “Jab biwi ke hath se na bane khana to le aaiye A One cooker ka khazana”. Naina smiles overhearing him. She says be a straight forward hubby at home too. Sameer sulks. Naina agrees to help him. Sameer says this is Madhuri Dixit’s time. Naina says lines are of Meena Kumari’s era. She cribs that you don’t give wife sufficient importance. Sameer asks so should I change the line. Naina says yes, like this, Jab khana ho swadisht khana, tab le aaiye Aone cooker ka khazana. The director overhears and asks to repeat. Naina-Sameer freeze.
Part 3
Director asks Naina to repeat. Naina apologizes.Director tears off the script. He asks Naina to write the lines. Naina is stunned. Director says if she permits, he will use her lines. Naina agrees. They shoot the ad. Director approves the shot. Sameer and Naina are delighted.Director gives Sameer and Naina payments. Naina is stunned. She gets Rs. 5000.
Narrator – If Mumbai accepts you, it accepts you with full heart. That was the day that Mumbai accepted us. All our efforts were rewarded. That day we found our worth.
Precap -- Sameer and Naina worship God together.They plan for furniture and new phone. They get gift for Rakesh. All three are happy and smile.
