Like Anki said in other thread .He knows the weakness of opponentans just using his skills to hurt where it hurts the most .he is just utilising their weakness and it's left to opponent how they will deal with it .

Bajaj has said he wants to completely ruin Basu Publications. And the way he can is by taking everything he has. Now he knows Prerna is everything that Basu has. So he targets Prerna and makes her HIS. If he had put a clause ki kisi aur se shaadi karo then the pain wouldn't have been heightened as much as Basu seeing Prerna with Bajaj. Tabahii is all that man knows and he is pushing the right buttons. He mentally wants to crush down Basu and the only way he can is by getting married to Prerna.
