One thing I'm NOT understanding is if they are taking inspo from fan demands - but why?

If we look at the thread - it's mostly clips shared from other shows or inspired from romantic scenes we've seen between other couple's. In that sense their Drikshit scenes are more original esp the uniqueness that Sana and Adhvik bring to it.
