It's not the - i lv u - scene.

During that track where hes injured and at night she's doing a checkup, replacing bandages...she's hesitating to check his heartbeat and he takes her hand and stares at her... complete quiet during entire scene. .. then she runs off calling another nurse to finish off checking him
