Darling Gunday was downvoted by angry Bangladeshis...it was quite well known at the time of release. They were pissed at how Bangladesh was represented in the film.

And Gunday is not his worst film, Gunday was a success. Kill Dill was his worst movie which has a 4.4 rating.

Gunday got low imdb ratings because Bangladeshi people were offended at the way the liberation war was portrayed in the movie.

Okay I'm a Bangladeshi too and as much as I've heard that the history was represented in some wrong ways there about our liberation war, therefore so many downvotes. I've not watched the movie anyways so can't really debate on everything.

Lol ...so you were aware that it was artificially downvoted for another reason phir bhi post kiya. I am not interested in debating it either but its Imdb rating is not a reflection of how the film was but rather agenda of some angry offended people.

Still Gunday got released in India, right? So why it didn't work out in it's own country either if the storyline was not bad then?

I disagree with artificially downvotes coz it got released in India and didn't work in the BO there either.

Hain...the movie was a semi-hit...it is not a flop. Relatively successful thi. It made around 75 crores.

Dude there are worst films which have been bigger box office disasters...lol ..what are you even saying? Are you saying Gunday was the worst film to ever be made? Nothing justifies its IMDB rating except for propaganda by a group.
