Pragati basically inform Rm about wrist cutting incident that sukanya wrist is cutted by her bodyguard Rm was accused for the incident so Rm need her. Than pragati brings information regarding sukanya and unlike other employees she is aware of the truth and show some truth basically it was Rm who always call her to assist him.

Rm mother is didnot accepted pragati and even she looks like person full of bitterness she didnot like priya alliance also despite priya parents are happy with alliance. Her bitterness is clearly visible in Rm matter as they focus more on it.
