Distant cousin of a Miya jaan Farook chacha ...strict by nature arrives

Sabina ..younger sis of Zenab arrives n stops nikah ... she declares Hum Kai close bro sis as declared by Hum’s mother n her late sis ...Farook accuses Miya of disrespecting Quoran n their religion . Kai pretends to be heart broken but she is actually thrilled that the nikah with Humza has been called off .She weeps on Zaroon’s shoulder .(Precap appears that Kai has plotted this entire thing with Sabina Mausi)

The entire family is shocked to learn about Humza and Kainat being breast fed by the same mother .... Kainath sheds crocodile,tears over Zaroon and Saltanat’s shoulders ... Zainab tries to calm inconsolable Kai.

Sabina and Kai discuss how the news about Humza n Kai having doodh ka rishta was untrue n how she had forged her phuphi.. Humza’s mother’s letter n fooled every one ..she was thrilled her nikah to Humza was called off .she not plots how the family will arrange her marriage to the guy she loved the most .

Rubina and Zai have spat over SalKai .....Zai searches frantically for Sal as she suspects Kai might have harmed her ....Nadeem finds Sal was not at her friends place ...she might be upset ..Zai confronts Kai over Sal .....she asks what was in that sindook ....Kai hits Zainab n locks her up . Kai drowns The trunk with Sal in the pool in back yard thru Sabina .Zai rushes to rescue Sal from the pool.

Zaroon n Kai are at nikah venue ..he senses something was amiss ... Zainab struggles to save Sal from drowning ..whilst Zaroon is baffled n dejected .

Later Zai is ashamed of being Kainat’s mom , promises to get Sal married to Zaroon. SalZai rush to nikah on doodhwala’s mobike ... Sal falls into Zaroon’s arms just before Nikah ..

Sal and Zai manage to reach the nikah venue ..the nikah is going on and Kai is very happy ..Neelam Humza and Daadi and very upset ...

Saltanat falls over Zaroon from the roof of the Venue right into his arms just as he is about to utter his tripple Qubool hai .

Saltanat and Zaroon have close moments ..both are relieved ..Saltanat confesses her love for Zaroon n proposes to Him ..he accepts her n they hug

All others watch in shock n elders are disgusted at the display of affection publicly . They insult Miya jaan who walks out . He is about to punish Sal when Zai interrupts
