Actually mera muscle weak ho gaya hai so that is hampering my nerve. So right now I’m doing strengthening exercises for that muscle group.
Starting mein pain ankle tak jaata tha now it has been localized abhi sirf back of thigh tak limit ho gaya so its better now..😁 thank God for that..
