I do feel extremely grateful, but I feel guilty/bad in the way that others don’t have it and have to work everyday for it, and what if I wasting my parent’s money. But I do know logically that such feelings are of no use. All I can do is try my best to do what’s best.
Also, I have heard a lot about Law of Attraction. I have read a bit about it too. Honestly, I believe on LOA about 70% because I am very skeptical. I do hope it’s true though. I checked out the reviews for the books you recommended. I found the PDF link for “The power of unconscious...”. I will see about it. In recent years I have come to realize the usefulness of money, so I have been trying to get as much knowledge, skills and help for it. I even looked for mentors lol.
How has LOA been for you? And how did you come across or came to believe in it? I am asking because many people online elsewhere have talked about it and recommend LOA, but I don’t know them. This forum is the only place I have been active and know many members. So It will be better to get perspective from here about it. I do believe everyone is powerful to change their life. Just not completely sure about LOA.
The guilty feeling is embedded in us same with shame. It has no real purpose, does no good to you or to others. It’s just social conditioning. It’s like you can’t enjoy a dinner out or go on vacation because there’re people starving. You better donate all that money to feel good or feel guilty for enjoying your life. Same is the case here.
We’re all different with different destinies, why it’s so? Let that be but life isn’t fair. Some are billionaires while others sleep on the pavement. Some have perfect health while others are always sick. Some are super rich yet live in fear. some work while others don’t, some are helpful while others take sick pleasure seeing others fail.
Some are criminals, some kill people and so it goes.
We’re all different yet we’re all doing what we know. If we had more awareness, understanding and knowledge we would do better.
So enjoy your good and don’t believe money is evil. Financial freedom is very important. do good with the money you’ve for yourself and others. Don’t think you’ deserving of money or wealth only if you work hard for it otherwise you don’t, that’s just another belief told by society to keep working for the man.
All this working hard and being proud because you worked for 12hrs a day and now you’re finally deserving of that meal. It’s all nonsense.
We should only be doing what we really wanna do and through that we can make money and help others create wealth too. Unfortunately most of us don’t have those options or can’t even think along those lines.
It’s not supposed to be hard. It can be easy but if you believe you’ve to earn it, grind then that’s what the universe will give as I said ask and you shall receive.
It’s not really about just loa. It simply states that like attracts like. If you’ve a thought it’ll attract similar thoughts.
it’s mostly about what you believe in. What your beliefs are about yourself about other people about the world about money about health about death about men about women about relationships, etc.
So whatever you believe you’ll experience it but those beliefs were given to you. They’re not yours so that’s why most people are creating things unconsciously. They don’t realize they’re creating it nor do they wanna change. Changing on a deep level is really hard.
If you believe you’re undeserving of love, you won’t be able to attract love. Your belief will find evidence to support itself, to prove itself to be true, that’s its job so if the belief is I’m not worthy of love, subconscious says ok, your wish is my command.
Now imagine you’ve opinions about everything as we all do. All those beliefs are just statements/thoughts we believe in meaning we think it’s true. Most don’t even see it as beliefs they see it as truth.
So if you had a shitty childhood and didn’t get love from parents or were abused guess what that would create? You’ll have low self esteem, you’ll think you can’t do anything, low confidence and what will that create?
A belief always finds evidence to support itself. If you believe you’re unlucky, bad things happen to you then that belief will attract those kinds of experiences. You might work for 12hrs a day and then get robbed or get into an accident. These are all outer manifestations of what’s going on on the inside.
Now the thing is you haven’t chosen any beliefs, they’re just given to you and is also bombarded from outside, from media, movies, friends, family, culture, religion, school, etc.
Just contemplate. Is it your thought or someone else’s? Is it your idea or someone else’s?
So that’s why all this so we can consciously choose to create what we wanna create. Right now we’re creating unconsciously.
no we don’t have to have the same negative thought patterns or reactions to things or feel this way or that way.
We can think differently, believe in different things, change our perspective, our attitude, our orientation, above all our identity because as I said we create what we’re and what we’re is what we believe to be. Not on the surface but deep down.
If you’re a fearful person. You’ll be afraid of everything. You’ll see everything as dangerous so you’ll avoid it. You’ll have constant anxiety, panic attacks. You don’t have to believe in loa to see that.
Now some might say it’s a mental illness that could be true or it could be a simple deep rooted belief that I’m unsafe, in danger, universe is a dangerous place so therefore I’ve to be on my guard 24/7 and avoid things because if i try something bad might happen, I might hurt myself.
A belief is not just in the head. It’s felt in the body, it always has an emotional component to it. If you believe you’re unsafe, you’ll feel unsafe. You can rationalize it but it doesn’t go away by rationalization that’s why a belief needs to be seen for what it is, to be truly let go of, in the meantime create new beliefs like universe is a friendly place, God watched over me. Having faith and I mean true faith in the one power can really help but again we’ve a lot of ideas about god too and again those ideas are not ours. So a lot of indoctrination has happened but best would be to see it as all powerful, omnipotent, omniscient whos on your side otherwise you can also believe in an angry god who you need to follow and if you don’t he’ll punish you and as he’s all powerful you’ve no doubt he can and then guess what? Again you’ll experience it. Then you’ll have evidence to support it and point out see? It’s true 😂
It’s not just about beliefs. it’s mostly about vibration/feeling/imagination. It’s all those things. You think a thought, you believe it to be true, you give it more attention, the more attention you give it the stronger it gets. Remember energy flows where attention goes and you expect it to happen, you’re on the lookout and then it happens, it has to.
The whole universe is just energy, vibrating on a certain frequency so do we.
A beggar and a millionaire are not vibrating on the same frequency, they’re not on the same plane. Their world their reality is totally different. The beggar first has to let go of his limiting beliefs, have the millionaire mindset and move from there but if he has an identity as a beggar then that’s why he sees himself.
So it goes back to identity how you see yourself. In gully boy RS is told by his dad that he’s just a drivers son but rs refuses to see himself as that and that’s what he’s able to fulfill his dreams while his dad has an identity of a driver. You can be a garbage man and yet not have that identity and just see it as a job.
It’s like fans when they meet their idol. They immediately put them on pedestal , seeing them as superior who’s selfie they need and the celebs of course see themselves as superior and they’r fed that from all corners. It’s all very subtle but this goes on every level until you change the game and don’t play it at all meaning you never see yourself as superior or inferior. You don’t criticize yourself or others or judge them or yourself, you don’t compete. You don’t seek their love, approval or anything else for that matter. You create your own reality and it all comes to you be it money or relationships.
Byron katie is really good dealing with these things. Read her book “I need your love, is that true?”
For me it’s all about freedom. Be it physically, financially or even going all the way to mukti.
We’re constantly seeking others approval and how we’re measuring up to others. This constant comparison is another trap. Seeking anything from others is giving your power away on a platter but these are deep rooted issues on which we need to work.
For me it all started when I had a terrible accident. I started questioning everything and why it happened and now I know how exactly I created it. I had been manifesting it for 15yrs or so since childhood and I kept feeding it every now and then then it finally happened. Before the accident, 2 months i was in a very depressed state so those two months were enough to amplify it and bring it into my experience.
There was no reason for it to happen but everything just aligned like in some horror movie.
Anyway it started there but good thing is I learned from it and it lead me to where I’m now so all’s well that ends well but it’s just the beginning 😀
Edit: the book is called power of your subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy. I hope you’re not mistaking it for another book.
