Any act under duress (coerce, force or pressure) is invalid in a court of law.

If Anu can prove Komo forced him into marriage under threat to his family or business in spite of being a public marriage it will be invalid.

Besides the oodles of photos the Basus have of the wedding they probably have video footage of Anu saying he can’t apply sindoor and he looked miserable throughout ceremony. That could get him off the hook.😆

But then its an ekta show, she can show anything as per her convenience.
