She didn't know about Arjun and Riyaxs relation. I have mentioned in the previous part that since she had a deal over there and hence was keeping an eye on him. Arjun and Riya then lie that the evidence for that was destroyed accidentally when in reality Arjun destroyed it purposely. The photos never fell into Roshni's hand.
