Dude, that is what I am confused about. If she was really a gold digger, she wouldn’t have left kunal so easily and couldn’t have become a victim of meenakshi’s flop plans to save her munna. She would have put up a tough fight and would have manipulated kunal.

And she doesn’t look like a sacrificial goat either whose love was sacrificed for meenu maate. So what made her leave kunal back then and what has made her come back now?

1.Maybe weird idea- they wanted her to sign a prenup and she refused and now she's ok

Soft corner lol! Why would I have a soft corner for a character that hasn't even entered the show yet?

I don't think Meenu ka Munna is bechara in anyway. Both Meenu and her munna are equally responsible for their own actions. Treating Mishti the way he did cannot be not justified by putting the blame entirely to Meenu. Yes, there are good things about Kunal's character too- the way he cares for his family members is one thing I like about him.

What I meant by not wanting Shweta to be cunning is that I would like it if they show Kunal meeting Shweta coincidentally rather than due to Meenu's plan or due to Shweta's personal reasons. I would like it if they show Kunal after meeting Shweta out of nowhere, tries to go back to her since she is his first love. But it can be Shweta who will make him realise that he needs to move in life. Through such a storyline they can show the fault that Kunal has in his perception of an ideal life partner. After Shweta's entry, the writers can focus on the problems that Kunal and Shweta faced and the problems that Mishti and Kunal faced. With this, they can make Kunal realise his flawed thinking and transform his character. I really don't want Shweta to be negative.

However, the problem is that the writers have put out very contrary views of Shweta till now. On one side, Kunal claims Shweta to be a gold digger but if you remember Kunal's scene in car after the engagement, there was Shweta's voice over. Shweta said that they are not compatible with each other and Kunal will thank her later on for breaking the rishta. So basically we don't know which side the makers will take the storyline. But the article said that Shweta will be negative. So I'm assuming they're gonna make her negative.

Awesome! I totally agree with you and wish the writers created a logical track...but since kuku are not a primary couple(no hatred towards them...they don’t appear in the title sequence. So logically assuming they are not the primary couple here), I doubt the writers would focus so much on developing his track.

I'm so excited to see this puzzle solved out. I just hope it's a fleshed out character either way.

and tbh i'm surprised ki Shweta ko leke bhi aa rahe hai.
