Yes, In KZK world pre is wife as they went parinita way.

In real situation some people don't register for intial months, but they can apply for divorce with proofs due to dowry or other reasons .. and this is basically to get jeevanamsam . That divorce process through long period of time to verify and several rounds of hearing .

Yes . Thank you. 😊 I am from law background. That's how I know and was irritated when showed Anu komo mrge album and told society people were present in the wedding. Then they took different route all together . So was happy CVS dint even know this. 🙂 And now I saw people discussing about this. So I thought of pitching in.
