Its simple networking which works in industry. But things changes according to reason given below

Person they like- They just want to work and connect with another star. No big deal.

Person they hate - Look, the person is desperate and dying to work with my untouchable Godly fave. She wants to work with the God jeez!!!!

Reasons change depending on the actor in question.

Personally I see it is networking and it always happens in Bollywood. Every A list star wants to work with another A list. I don't see big deal . This is how industry works
