So it means whoever has won national awards till date has sucked up to the central govt.? Is it a prerequisite?

I wish she doesn't win ever again for two reasons..

One..I believe she is a pathetic person..want her to come down on Earth

Two..want to see the reactions of people who accuse central gov. of sheltering her
