You know what? Mujhe koi farak nahi padhta ke iss film ke actors kaun hain, what matters is that a movie is being made on such a historical event in Indian cricket and I want to watch it. I want to experience that thrill, that emotion, felt at the time.

You probably don't know that nobody makes someone else producer just cause they agreed to do a cameo..... It's cause they are bringing something to the table.....

Thank you for saying it! So freaking amazing that a woman will co- produce a movie and likely take a profit share than a standard pay check. This will pave way for all the women.. like start producing movies and get a profit share that’ll likely be better than lump sum. That’s also another way to ask for more and work towards bridging pay disparity.

Deepika didn't had to produce it, 83 already has big production houses backing it like reliance and sajid nadiadwala. It seems like deepika wanted to produce the film aswell, and kabir was more than happy to have her on board as one of the producers
