Just finished watching it. Just too awesome. This was my favorite Salman film since sultan. TZH while entertaining lacked heart but this one was all heart. Salman has given what I think is atleast a top 3 acting performance from him alongside tere naam and Dabangg. Katrina gave the best in her whole career. Salmans friend, his entourage in the oil story and navy story , Sonali Kulkarni, Jackie shroff, tabu, and how can I forget satish kaushik. They all performed brilliantly. Some of my favorite parts were the lifting and underwear scenes 😆 when the pirates attack the ship. The Amitabh bachchan dancing ( I thought AAZ would have Salman do action scenes to save them but what he did was masterstroke) When Salman first meets his brother in law. Then Katrina showing up at the wedding and the ending in the shop with salman and Jackie. The music was weak and thus made the songs boring . But for the few minutes she was onscreen Disha Patani made up for it The length was an issue as well. Things could’ve been cut. But for the most part I’d say it was awesome eid entertainment total paisa vasool

I’d give it 7.5/10 on the Maroon scale ⭐️

Bharat Does Very Well In Extended First Weekend

Bharat had a very good extended first weekend of 144 crore nett apprx as collections recovered from a fall post the big national holiday for Eid. There was a good jump on Saturday but the follow up was limited on Sunday due to the big cricket match betwen India and Australia.

The Sunday collections should have been around the 30 crore nett mark but had to settle for 26 crore nett apprx which is just a little higher than Saturday. The film has done well all over although in some centers it was mainly due to Eid and the star power of Salman Khan. When the regular film gets hit by matches it hardly makes a difference as the loss is hardly anything due to low numbers but this film has lost a good 4 crore nett which is a big amount.

The film will have to show a good hold on Monday because if we take out the Eid factor from the Friday then the Friday is probably 18-19 crore nett and if it was to show a normal drop from there then it would probably be decent weekday numbers rather than good. The numbers are there already and in economics turns its a plus but a sustained run at the box office is very crucial for real success.

The collections of Bharat over the first five days are as follow

Wednesday - 41,75,00,000 apprx

Thursday - 30,00,00,000 apprx

Friday - 21,25,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 25,00,00,000 apprx

Sunday - 26,00,00,000 apprx

TOTAL - 144,25,00,000 apprx

The second and third biggest grossers of the year are Kesari and Total Dhamaal at 151 and 150 crore nett respectively and Bharat has almost reached their numbers in five days. It should beat these films within six days unless something goes drastically wrong but there is a lot work to do reach the top film of 2019 which is of Uri - The Surgical Strike at 244 crore nett.⭐️

Will it cross 300 looks tough, might struggle to get to 250.

Cricket is religion in India. My mom don't move at all when match is on. Expected the dent on those days and it's world cup.

even though the movie seems like a HIT, I feel 150 cr is an under performance for a Salman-Ali combo in Eid, especially when day 1 was so huge. But well this is much better than Race 3 so I guess Salman will have a sigh of relief.

Movie will cross 200 crores for sure. So no-one looses money and clean hit. Not a bad collection. I m hoping for tiger 3 which will be sureshot atbb
