Disagree KZK 1 had its own flavor while in KZK 2 there is hardly that strong writing. Both had flaws I agree but kzk 1 was way better then S2 or else ekta won’t make another one if it wasn’t special for her. Lol even in Netflix generation ekta dare to bring in KZK 2 and people watching despite being crap you also watching it so Netflix is there or not don’t matter people will watch it for nostalgia feelings or some will watch it for their favorites.

Kasautii is a good entertainer, if you can oversee the plot inconsistencies, the logical loopholes, the totally inconsistent leads. I'm not gonna call it anything more than that.

Having watched tonnes of Hollywood shows on Netflix and Hotstar, I wanna say this, even when they r badly written, they have better writing than kasautii.

Since you bot up the concept that why r we stuck in dark ages despite Netflix, was it not dark ages when prerna had nothing better to do than come and fight for her dhaaga, making battles of who Anurag loves more, reducing her to an object pining for Anurag's attention, for love or hate, where was kasautii progressive there, was it not regressive that all Pre can think of is Anurag, when there are lot of other angles in addition to the love angle that the writers can explore for Pre. Do you see anything else in Pre apart from being a very hard to believe, intense lover of Anurag and a bahu of a household. Im not saying, being a bahu or lover is bad, but show other dimensions to her,whereas Anurag is shown as a good son, good friend, good human being,good buisnessman(although his busi ess acumen sucks in my opinion). Because that's the expectation from men, they don't have to be just a good son in law, they are allowed to have a personality and allowed to have opinions and ambitions.

Was it not regressive when they showed the same kumkum drama a tonne of times, love is a soulful connection, much deeper to be tied with physical symbols. It's a soul to soul bond, which I don't see in AnuPre as of now. They had a lot of opportunity with the kom track, instead they reduced kom to a joker, Pre to a senseless, aimless person who had nothing better to roam basu house, wearing good sarees and Anurag, oh he had the whole package, he was shown to be suffering, I saw him having a vacation with two women fighting for him, which was awesome for the ego that the guy has.

U know why kom and Pre was objectified so, because that's the expectation from women in India, even now, they r expected to be educated, but not ambitious, expected to be forgiving, but not self - respecting. Whatever shown in kasautii, especially in the case of females, is a 90 percent accurate representation of what Indian society wants from a woman,trust me, its working with the trp aunties, Pre is exactly what trp aunties want, an eye candy, a good forgiving lover and a good bahu who can suffer thousand insults but still show no pain or resentment.

And when I say self respect, it does not mean u don't love ur better half, u can have self respect and u can love someone with ur whole heart, its not mutually exclusive.

I recently watched a show salvation, it had a romantic track, the leads, though individually good looking, though don't look so perfect together as AnuPre, but their love was deep, intense and it did not feel wrong in any way, because they both poured their heart out to each other and called out each others bullshit, when the other was wrong, that was honest and genuinely deep, nothing was whitewashed. Yet they found a way to forgive each other. That's love,not the convenient one shown in kasautii.

As someone who is bought up in a Liberal household, I find it difficult to appreciate kasautii.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions , they can post anything anywhere as long as they go by the forum rules. Now i am not aware these rules apply to the ATs or not bec i always see members mocking and bashing other serials , actors ....parth's previous show and his co actors? ...however venturing out in the main forum and dictating others about what was and what is what may be the facts sounds hypocritcal u know.....

Okay, my 2 cents. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and for me KZK1 was better. No, it was not something amazing. The storyline was crap at times, but the acting, execution, dialogues and character development was amazing 👏

I love Parth and Erica and find an extremely amazing chemistry but sadly AnuPre, the characters are not well developed this season. This again is my opinion and not a fact. Some may agree while some may not.

Regarding KSG, I don't like him but hopefully I won't judge him based on off screen image and will give him a chance, Because I loved RR's portrayal of Rishab Bajaj after the 8 year leap. Before than of course I was a die hard ST-CK urf, AnuPre fan. I know season 1 has this divided fan following where 50% love Anurag and other half loves Bajaj. But for me, if I had not so deeply been invested and involved with AnuPre, I would never have fallen for PRB later on. So Anurag and Bajaj, both are special for me.
