Apne lower back mein se ek nerve pass hoti hai the longest nerve in the body called sciatic nerve.

If it gets compressed either in between the vertebral disks or in between the hip muscles then it gets compressed and pain goes till down the ankle.. the worst pain of all is nerve pain.

The same happened to me nerve got compressed between two hip muscles..😭

this nerve is like kallu jo compress ho gayi hai apni aai ko bachaane ke liye.. mallu n aathu ke beech compress ..🤣

Yeah hai naah 2 treatment options

1) conservative

physical therapy/ physiotherapy..

Exercise to increase core muscles strength Abs , back and hip muscles strengthening .

I myself a physical therapist 🤣 n I try all pain on myself.🤣 Jokes apart .

But what to do I am also a human not a robot.

2) Invasive

Bahut zyaada problem ho if its in spine and vertebral disks then either injection for pain relief or spinal surgery..
