I find this ironic as well. Here in Europe people are crazy for a tanned skin... The minute summer comes around, they make it their life's aim to get tanned and show off that tan. 😆. You cant walk on an inch of the beach anywhere in summer without finding a person lying on the beach and tanning.

It's only in India that dark skin is frowned upon. And in the day and age that we're living in, its unacceptable when our TV shows contribute and promote that idea.
