It was always indicated that AJ will be the first to fall in love he started the marriage proposal, engagement, wedding, episodes 1-100 it was always AJ taking a step towards Guddan and guiding her.

I want Lakshmi to complain to Guddan that AJ is not Teek & he has fallen (meaning in love). Guddan misunderstanding thinking AJ has fallen sick and she becomes his nurse n does his check up😆
