After Kamya, then Sunaina, now it is Shivani who have fallen for Sameer.

Kamya was harmless and Sameer never showed interest in her.

Sunaina he used her, said ILU also and she showed her hatred too.

Shivani is also being used but in a nice way, and he knows she is falling for him. She will accept his apology since VO said it and looks like she will be helpful to Samaina and not show hatred to Naina.
