I think the teaser is just that, a teaser. February sounds very soon to release it. I know the first frozen movie took a long time finish. They kept changing the story until two months or so prior to the release date. It's possible they released it to keep audience in loop. Yeah, if Aladdin was a hit, they would've wanted to keep attention on it for a longer period of time, and bringing in Frozen's trailer would've hindered on it.

I love Frozen too..But have not seen other animated movies in recent times..

Now, to answer Shaz, I think if they bring a show where the girl is taller and the chemistry between the leads is off chart or they are really cute, then people might not have much bias. Something to research about
