I think when Mishti will bring that girl over, Ruhaan not knowing why she's there will act polite and gentlemanly (and maybe the girl will try to make some moves on him and he'll reject politely but that itself will trigger her) but since Mishti knows why the new girl's there, she'll feel jealous and will act the way she did 😅😅
