Please don't hate me, but it almost feels like Arnav is not the guy Garima is advising Khushi to marry. Security is the last thing Khushi feels when she is around Arnav...atleast for now. Although she is attracted to him, Khushi hasn't yet warmed up to Arnav and she is insecure about her future with him. I wonder if her Mother's words are also contributing towards her reluctance in accepting Arnav wholeheartedly. Seems like circumstances forced her to marry a man that her mother warned to walk away from

The teaser sort of indicates there are two men in one woman's life. The only woman we know for sure who has two men in her life was Aarti. But, who was she talking to?

If it is Garima's advice to Khushi, then who is the other man in Khushi's life?

Does Arnav makes Khushi's heart beat faster and make her feel giddy or does he make her feel safe and secured?

Arnav is very vocal about his love. If he loves her and makes her feel safe and secured, then Khushi should not have any apprehensions. Or is that one of the reasons why she agreed to marry him overlooking his Casanova persona and his dislike for her mentor?
