Episode 24.05.19........Night before dawn!

Samaina and SS being asked to leave the society by gang leader. Topper Naina runs to Preeti and says, “ kahan hai, kahan hai Teri saas ka remote”. Preeti finds it and presses the right button. Kanjoos Saas and economist Shubham turn up at the society meeting and save Samaina and SS. Ek mahine ki Mohalat de diya gang leader ne. (Hint: the secret’s gonna be out by the month end 😉)

Samaina reach home thak haar ke with SS but Gadkari uncle is waiting to taunt about the “kabaard” 😲(he meant cupboard or did he just confuse it with kabaad )

Sam goes to get the Carpenter, only to encounter Shibani and condition to let Sam go is to repeat the iconic twirl with her except their twirl reminded me more of short put throwing. Thoda aur rukta Sam to udte hue pahunch jaata carpenter ke paas.😆

Meanwhile, shatir Vanita is asking her Chamcha to keep nazar on Samaina and SS. Tabtak wannabe postman delivers a thin envelope and says , “parcel aaya hai” kaunsa parcel? Anyway, ab aaya kahani mein twist, isme excited Samaina ke beach ke beechon beech ki photographs hain, shukar hai, beachwear me nahi khichvayin tasveeren. Jab tak yeh raaz Khulta, zombie Shibani Sam ke peeche peeche society gate ke bahar nikal gayi. And Gang leader is calling out to her bouncer. Abhi asli connection nahi bataya. (speaking of beach wear and short clothes, I forgot mentioning, the other day when Sam was drooling over Shilpa Shetty’s photo, I would have loved a dream sequence on that Number on Samaina with Ashi in her original hair and that leopard print short dress, I think she would have rocked it. Infact, the current track is Bollywood, they should do a dream sequence medley of songs with Samaina. It will be a treat for us)

Anyway, Sam and SS are arguing over the right price for the carpenter. End mein, Sam just pays him off. SS taunting Sam ( nahi nahi SS 2.0 has not gone back to his earlier avatar, Infact , seedhe 5.0 mein chalaang lagana Chahta hai)

Upset Sam goes to his room, followed by Naina. Naina asks Sam not to loose hope. Rakesh about to eat but can’t because the kids haven’t eaten ( Awww Rakesh, tum kahan chupe the ab tak) Rakesh yelling from outside and indirectly encouraging Sam. He gives example of Devanand and how he stuck to his dream. 👍🏼 Sam comes out. This scene was funny, was SS actually scared of Sam?😆

All three sit down on the chatai to eat the humble khichadi ( loved this scene and the change in scenario. felt bad and proud of Sam, bad because it reminded me of the dinner at Samaina’s Taj Mahal, where he reprimands Naina for glasses being from different set and proud because how wonderfully he has adjusted, this learning is a blessing in disguise for him🤗)

Sam acknowledges SS that he is right and that tomorrow is a new dawn. Naina says that as soon as they accept Mumbai, Mumbai will accept them. Proud father agrees to both.👍🏼

Precap : Mumbai local and Samaina separated. ( you know whenever I heard this song, I wanted it on Samaina but couldn’t think of a situation but CVs ne de diya. Great!)

P.S : I liked how Rakesh kept correcting everyone that it is “Mumbai” and not “Bombay”😆

Exactly loved the episode,also I think Samaina"s truth will be out on their wedding anniversary , exactly a month later,but I think by that time half of society people will be on their side

I really loved friday episode...preetis saas and husband were saviours...and ghanti wali daadi😆..her saas ka dialog was funny....kis ghanti pe dhyaan du😆

Samaina having khichadi on floor was bittersweet😳like you i was also reminded of their taj mahal in Ahmedabad...its tough esp for sameer coz hes always led an entitled life

For me the hero of the episode was chandresh ji...he was brilliant. .trying to hide from their neighbour😆...purposely calling out to sameer and trying to encourage him in his own unique style...few of his expression in fridays episode were too good👏...i agree with you Uma...thanks to writers for bringing out this new improved rakesh 2.0...and chandresh ji is doing full justice to the comic as well as humane element of his character😛

Loved how they ended the episode also with all 3 of them smiling and in a happy place inspite of the difficult day they had👍🏼

Precap: lost on railway station...this is typical of mumbai and i can totally understand the predicament of newcomers having to adjust to the situation...looking forward to an exciting week🤗

That vanitaji is so irritating and nosy sab ke life mein taang ADati hain. 😈 And who opens others letters that is so bad manners. But, baal baal bachgaye Samaina. Warna baal nochleti sameer ke, oh that shining Udti sameer’s jhulphe jo katne se Bach gayi Jab betting hui Thi 😆😆

SS not safari suit I mean shibani and sameer aur naina ki hone wali ya na hone wali Sauton and her love at first sight for sameer. Agar sameer na mana toh usko uthaake Bhagjayegi you know new way of running away when you are in love 🤣

Poor sameer how much he wants that love from rakesh as father. 🤗.

Loved how they all ate together and sameer agreeing that the success will not come in one day. He needs to put in a lot of hard work. Chandreshji is a wonderful actor.

Apologies couldn't comment on the previous post , got busy, also couldn't watch the last two episodes well, just glimpses and online.

but seeing those seems the episodes were good.

Sameer and Rakesh's Arguments are good but some times i have a feeling its going a bit over board.

Cant get whats with the twirl , why the creatives has to show this twirl with any girl colliding with sameer. Like the same twirl was shown when sameer was in Delhi with amrita, then now with this bombay girl

the twirl is just something special for samaina hence i cannot accept with any other girl, might be i am a bit possesive.

liked the last part the conversation between rakesh, sameer and naina. that was very touching and sameer needed that jolt too.

Didn't like the Secretary lady, acting wise and also the character. The actor playing Shubham is good and sweet. his acting is also same good.

Waiting to see how this track will fold , hope fully they won't mess it.

I just don't understand why writers have to bring in the patented icononic twirl of Samaina for others

I liked the episode. Infact the mumbai track thus far has really panned out well. Ofcourse the star of this track is Rakesh. Never thought our loudspeaker could give us comic relief. But Chandreshji is such brillliant actor and his effortless acting makes the scene look so real. Matching his skills is our Randeep, together they have made this track so entertaining. 😛

Gang leader is too much. Looks like somebody has to teach this lady Byomkesh Bakshi to chill. Our Preethi's saas shut the sectretary's mouth. Looks like this lady can give takkar to anyone. so now we have one month ka time. By then i think these people would have won many hearts. As you say the truth might come out by then but their endearing nature will help them stay in the society.

I agree with @ssree regarding the twirl. Its iconic and any twirl reminds me of first samaina twirl in school which made us fall in love with this pair I dont like it being repeated with anyone else. I didnt like the coke scene repeated on munna and rewa too. That first coke scene is one of the most romantic scenes till date. I think cvs should keep these exclusive scenes for samaina only.

Loved Rakesh pepping up sameer indirectly. Now sameer has two people to stand by him, cheer him and hold him when he is down. That scene was too good. Just like you me too remembered Taj Mahal and sameer taunting naina for the broken glass set. As Mrugali said its a bittersweet moment.

Forgot to mention Gadkari uncle and Rakesh also make a great jodi😉

PS. Did anyone of you notice, when sameer was getting down the steps that place looked like Nirmal Jyothi Society entrance. The same steps. They have just repainted it and made it mumbai building entrance.

Sakshi, yes it is Nirmal Jyoti society only they have just changed small things to make it look like mumbai. They are using the same sets
