nobody cares?? Seems like you did not check the Youtube trending when Kabir Singh trailer came out, it was #1 position in the trending. And Shahid is getting flooded with praises by the critics and in the online comments. Looking at the teaser and trailer we can not deny that Shahid has been splendid in this role and I don't think anyone else in Bollywood at this moment has the ability to pull it off better than Shahid did.

You got it wrong.

What Grumpy meant was that if RS was doing it 'some' here on IF would have bashed him for doing it.. but because Shahid does it it will not be bashed and trashed

On topic: Rs said he won;t do the movie because he cannot play an alcoholic...

So all in all everyone should be happy.

RS is not gonna be bashed in here for the remake.. and Shahid will have a nice role added to his kitty..

If not seen from the perspective of IF only, then the "nobody cares" part doesn't really apply hence I quoted Grumpycat. And I didn't see from the IF perspective anyways. Moreover I don't really think that Shahid was totally ignored in the forum coz of playing the role either, those who wanted to criticize and trash him here in the forum did criticize after the teaser and trailer came out. Not coz of his acting but coz of his role. People just love to criticize any actor in the forum anyways.

You know me and you get along. That is why I decided to explain.

AFAIK Grumpy wasn't trying to bash Shahid,... just stating forum would be okay with Shahid .. or that nobody would care enough to start threads and bash him for his role.. ( okay I do realise you might take it wrong but I am pretty sure Grumpy didn;t really mean to 'trash' Shahid.. because I don;t see Grumpy as a Shahid basher, TBH.. If I did.. I wouldn;t have intervened in this).
