See, Ruhaan is shown as a very intense & passionate lover since the beginning. He is so crazy in love with her.. When they are finally together, he is expressing all those things. Hence, the dialogues.

This season, they are rectifying all the mistakes & doing it very nicely. Sad ending hi dena hai pehle ke season ki tarah toh what would be different & kya use hota itna build up ka?
