I think that depends on where you are dude! In Japan the coming of age ceremony is 21 years old.

Anyways ... till 19 you're still considered a teen! .. To be considered an adult is a different drill which depends on varied countries! ... In most 18+ you're an adult ... Even then you still fall under teenage years!
