The spinoff is titled Ye Hai Chahatein. Season 2 will perhaps go by the same name as the original show, I.e. Ye Hai Mohabbatein.

P.S. I am highly skeptical if StarPlus would bring two new shows under the YHM brand when it has been 6 months since it last promoted YHM. But then most of the new launches of Star have flopped and YHM is Ekta’s show. BTW YHM will become Ekta’s longest running show beating Kyunki Saas if it runs until late September.

She was chirpy and full of energy. Anyway she is a good actress and hope people recognise her talent and give her good roles to play in her future projects.

Ekta wants to start the shoot this month itself. They said many actors had given the audition for the male lead such as Mrunal Jain, Rahul Sharma and there was one more name but it was not anyone experienced. Neither Karan nor Akansha's name was mentioned in this article. They said neither the male lead nor the female lead has been finalized but they will lock the male and female leads this month because the channel has told them that the show has to go on air " Next Month"

The story is about a man who is a father of a 15-16 year old. Only this was mentioned about the story... Nothing else..

Father to 15-16 year old. No matter, it's Ekta's show and good opportunity but isn't it too much for Karan? I don't want to watch him as a father of 15-16 year old. If this news is true, I don't think Karan will ever say yes, that would be a good decision. There are many actors who have become successful without Ekta too, Shaheer Sheikh ,Zain Imam, Nakul Mehta, are the examples and there are many who made their mark without doing Ekta's shows , and Karan is very much talented, he can get other good shows too where he can play young which he should. There are actors who are older to him but still are playing young roles. It's better that Karan should go for young roles than playing father. Let's see.

Actors' work is to entertain us, which they did, what they do in their personal lives, what they post, that's secondary. Both are amazing actors and deserve lot of applauds. Talking about their equation, yes, after leap ,things changed, may be they have all lost interest into the show including karan and Megha because when you know, your show is ending, people loose interest. I am somewhere happy that the show is ending because both the actors deserve more appreciation than they are getting. And, Aneeqa, you are right, karan should take yhm 2 if he is getting, Ekta knows how to make her actors successful.

Plus, what I like about Megha that she didn't block us, she didn't utter a word, likes all our messages and comments unlike many actors who don't do this, who can't take criticism. At least, she reads everyone's messages and sometimes reply to them.

And about Karan and Megha loosing interest ...I don't think so...as I don't find any lack of sincerity in their performances.Still now they manage to make me want for ,more of their scenes.
