Sad ending make the movies painful but more memorable.. I've never liked VTV's other versions and their ending. Tamil is the best for me. You will have that weight in your hearts when you leave the theatre, an happy ending doesn't give that everlasting feel...

. Telugu version was equally good, not saying otherwise., but just as an ending I preferred the Tamil one I meant. Tragic ends can stir a soul unlike the happier ones for me.😭making them evergreen... Just my perception😊
