Kshitij angrily walked away before Bihaan could say another word. Bihaan felt completely broken. He was shocked and shattered on seeing the immense hatred in the eyes of Kshitij for him. He kept sitting on the floor completely lost, staring at the door blankly with teary eyes. Ankita sat near him and tried to talk to him. "Dr Bihaan, are you alright? Dr Bihaan?", she said repeatedly but Bihaan wasn't responding to her at all. He was just sitting numbly on the floor staring at the door from which Kshitij had walked out. Ankita pat his shoulder gently, continuously trying to talk to him but Bihaan didn't respond at all. Ankita got teary eyed seeing his this state.
"BIHAAN! BIHAAN! BIHAAN! BIHAAN", she started shouting his name loudly patting his cheeks forcefully trying to bring him to his senses. Bihaan immediately looked at Ankita confused and a moment later broke down sobbing like a kid in her arms. He wasn't able to speak anything, just kept crying. Ankita rubbed his back trying to calm him. Ankita felt strange why she is feeling so connected to emotions of a person she barely knew. Why are Bihaan's tears affecting her so much. She doesn't get emotional so quickly, even the most emotional scenes in movies never made her teary-eyed like the way Bihaan's tears did. For some time both Bihaan and Ankita was lost in a warm hug where Bihaan found his comfort in her arms, Ankita was trying her best to console him.
Their hug was broken by a phone call on Bihaan's mobile. The sudden realisation that they had just been so close made them very awkward and they shyly moved away from each other. Bihaan was completely red as he picked up the call. In fact he was almost about to drop the phone on the ground. "Bhaiya! Where are you? Remember you had to take me out for shopping today? You said you will take a half day and you still aren't at home! I am so angry at you! When will you reach home? What happened to the always punctual Bihaan bhaiya? If you aren't home in 15 mins, don't talk to me ever again!", Bihu shouted from the other side of the call. Bihaan smiled a little and said "I'll be home in 30 mins pakka. I'll let you shop as much as you want today. Love you Bihu". "Love you too bhaiya but you better be here in 30 mins, otherwise forget the tv remote forever" Bihu said laughing. Ankita was awkwardly about to leave when Bihaan motioned her to stay and sit down on the chair.
Bihaan disconnected the call and sat next to Ankita. He nervously said to her "I am really sorry for whatever happened today. I am really sorry for making you so uncomfortable. I never thought my past would come in front of me like this". "Past? what past?" Ankita asked holding his hand. Bihaan said staring at the door again getting teary-eyed "I really don't want to bother you with all this. Even I am so confused right now". Bihaan got up, took his bag and was about to leave, when Ankita held his arm and said "Wait, I am coming with you."
