How offline viewers will know that Shivi never preggers?

We online viewers know through Shivi's insta post n that too after a fan asked her.

How cvs gonna put it in track in a fitting way?

Are they even planning to clear that issue or will they just randomly assume that viewers will automatically guess as the current track goes on...

Nahinn, woh as pending rakh diyaa hain. Aagar dramaa ki zaroorat pade toh phirse Shivi ko pregnent declare kardenge. 😆
