I like how He stands by P and her family, all the time.
However I will not like if He plans a contract with P from His company  - just because He loves Her...

She should get work on her talent - not a favor, if that happens and when ever she will come to know - it will hurt her more than other things like...(hiding identity).

He didn't, in fact he advised Prarthna to accept the other company's offer bcz it's more beneficial to her in that episode only
