No,This pic is not an old pic as they never wear these clothes in any episode, and yes this is an offscreen picture shared by ketaki Ma'am on instagram but we can see that shukla's house is decorated.

Even I wonder wht they are celebrating. At first I thought seeing Veer at Shuklas house , it had something to do with Krishna being drugged , but the Shukla house is completely decorated so this is something else.

Guys, I just watched today's episode on hotstar..couldnt wait! 😳

So this pic doesnt look like something from Radheys bandhara...celebration...Veer and Krishna's clothes look different and the bandhara took place outside shukla nivas...So it could be something else...
