And all men, except dulha, can wear any colour.. No such specification that you cant wear this colour. Just that dulha can't wear bkack, white to mostly dulhe ki sherwani hoti hi h
Dark blue allowed hota h sabko.. I've seen marwari brides with dark blue colour in their wedding lehenga
