Dr manav is in hospital bed and is talking to a Pallavi . Pari gets shocked
Pari comes to know about Manav condition from Saurav...
Saurav tells Pari, this is the same Manav who cares about others today he has no one who cares about him. Saurav tells pari that Malika broke the wedding saying she does not want to marry a mad man; Manav's mother refuses to sign the discharge paper and tore it infront of shaurav saying he can keep his mad friend with him. Saurav also tells pari that manav will be send to mental assylum in next 2 days.
Pari gets worried about Dr Manav and remembers the time when he gave her lift while her car break down. She hears malika's voice saying that Manav left the reception when heard about Shuvam's accident and feels very sad....
Kamya is busy trying to find the best cater for shubam's b-day. Seeing Pari's worried face, she says Alisha will never changed instead of getting sad we should find happiness around and says Shubam's B-day is the great happiness and she always wait for his B-day.

Kamya is busy with b-day preperation, pari comes into the house, kamya called her seeing pari disturbed kkamya asked what happen.
