Episode begins with Basu family scene where Mohini is so proud of the news that was published about the Basu family Laxmi puja .She shows the news to Anu .

Some thugs read thesame news n plan to rob them .

Pre is studying the letter from Basu family that demands Repayment of the 15 Lakhs loan that Baba had taken or they would be evicted out of their house ...and recllects how this became the reason behind her agreeing to marry Navin babu .

Shivani picks up the letter as it accidentally flies outnof Pre's hands ...snatches that letter n wants to read it

Pre is aghast n tries her best to stop Shibani from reading that letter..but she threatens to read it thinking it was Anu's live letter and also show it to Baba

Pre and Shivani chase eachother all over the house .

Suman smirks that this was the girl,who claimed she will repay the loan n makes fun of them . Rajesh claims they were still kids, its a wonder she was getting married . Pre warns Shalini not to reveal anyhing about that letter to any one .Shuvani hands the letter to Rajesh n he is about to read it much to Pre's discomfiture ..but he is distracted by Mohini's sudden appearance at their door .Pre suceeds in taking it away from Baba.

To their surprise Mohini arrives to invite Sharma family for Laxmi puja at Basu house. They are all shocked to see Navin trying to look young n handsome .. In a deep blue suit over orange shirt with goggles n contrasting pocket square .

They try to supress their laughter lsuman remaks navu was looking so young n handsome.

Mohini also tries to praise Navu's look . Mohini asks Pre to come on time for performing puja with her partner in jodi .

Anu calls Pre n asks her to come over for the laxmi puja at their place . He did not want her to miss ths so he had sent his maa to specially invite them

Pre then realizes that mohini was showering her affection on her because of Anu .

Pre asks Anu what he thought of Navu's new look

Anu says it was like a jackal falling into blue paint n trying to look different but al could see it was the same jackal . He found no change in Navu's look .

Navu comes to meet pre n finds her busy on phone. Pre does not reveal to him about Anu but tries to praise navu as he asks her how he was looking .

Anu is jealous as Pre talks to Navu.

In the evening Anu is restless waiting for Pre

Sharmas arrive at Basu mansion ..mohini n Mol welcome them. Rajesh had gont to Rly Stn to collect his chachi ji

Mol is thrilled to hear this news as he loved chachi ji's way of leading tension free life . That was because she was very forgetful. All laugh at his joke .

From upstairs Anu is staring at Pre n cant take his eyes off her .

Anupam and Anunhave light funfilled moments .ltapur wants to light fire crackers but Anu is sgainst noise n air pollution .

Shivani pulls Pre's legs by remarking she was looking for Anu n missing him .

after scolding her and sending her away Anu Pre notice eachother .

Just as they are walking towards eachother ..Nabu interrupts the love birds n greets Pre happy Diwali ..her first at Basu mansion after their rishtaa.

Mohini then announces pandit ji was about to uncover the Laxmi Ganesh for the view of every one

All guests n family bow with reverence before the glittery precious stone studded murties

Moh is so proud of them.. Her friends remark this must be the most expensive murti in whole of Kolkata ...Nivi announces they had arranged spl dance performance .

Moloy jokes the dancers will perform with sharp swords while he will enjoy Mohini' sharp tongue

He laughs while Moh glares at him ..

A group of thigs are waiting outside the house to enter n carry out their theft .
they plan the entry disguised the dancers group ... And plan to stral the Laxmi ki murti and make their Deepavali prosperous .
