They didn't reveal much about post surgery, just hinted they'll face challenges but Kaira will deal maturedly. Whatever that means !! Shivangi is traveling to UK on Oct 27th the day after Momo's Birthday for 2 days and did you notice how Shivin were exchanging glances. That song by Shivangi at the end with Momo prompting lyrics was the cutest😳 they complement each other so well.
