This is not part of #metoo in any way. He was only flirting. Harassment happens when a person doesn't back out despite the other person repeatedly repeatedly saying 'No'. Trust some idiotic, victimhood loving females to ruin it for those women who face real harassment by trivialising the issue in this manner.
