yes the gappu track sometimes just looks fake as he looks fine.. and the long time fever is weird cause what happened to him for burgers and pizzas? like obesity, temperature or acidity or what.. none of them needs one to stay in a hospital for even an hour... only getting pills and taking everyday or dieting and exercise or food plans.. hehe but his track has helped a-r a lot in getting together! still remember those jan epis when armaan was accidentally touching riddhima while working with gappu to make her feel the intensity and realize.. 😳 😳 😳

I do agree, if he is ill due to obesity, shouldn't be not showing more of Gappu being physically active 😕 instead of taking pill, which doctors really oppose of, and prefer the patient not to take medication n persue other solution, for feel better?
