Shaurya and Rajeev turn back hearing about a lady fainting and see Mehek. Shaurya advises people around to move and let the air in so that Mehek can breathe fresh air. Mohit comes there and tries to hold Mehek and tries to make her get up. Shaurya comes and asks Mohit if he's with Mehek. Mohit is super excited to see Shaurya, the celebrity chef speaking to him and introduces himself with his full address. Shaurya takes out energy bar and asks Mehek to feed his sister. Mohit tries to feed Mehek but Mehek is restless and doesn't eat it. Shaurya comes there and makes Mehek eat it forcibly Mehek takes a bite and spits it out saying "Chee, this is same as the one Nehal eats. Shaurya listens to her tantrum, tells Mehek that it's energy bar and not some poison and asks Mohit to give it to his sister, she'll feel better. Shaurya gets up and goes away from there. Mehek keeps looking at him and Shaurya turns back and looks at Mehek, they share an intense eye lock. KC comes there running along with PD. PD asks Mehek if she's ok and does she hurt and tells Mehek to leave everything and that they'll go home now. KC tells PD how can they go home leaving all this. Mehek comes out of her shock, looks around and gets up. Pammi comes there with her family and asks KC if Mehek usually gets fits. KC tells her that Mehek has not eaten anything since morning and she might be feeling weak, that's why she fainted. Nehal laughs at this. Pammi says seeing Mehek's figure she doesn't think she is feeling weak. KC assures her that Mehek is tensed and so are they, that's why all this happened. Pammi reacts that she is the one who's tensed as she trusted Mehek to help her beat Mrs. Chawla and what if Mehek faints over the stove. KC asks her not to worry, everything will be alright, asks Mehek to start taking out Mata Rani's name and Mehek complies.
Nehal is on her mobile and Ajay comes there and flirts with her. Asks Nehal to read even his messages and pay him some attention. Asks why is Nehal burning him up with jealousy to which Nehal replies that she doesn't have to do anything, guys simply get burnt with any effort from her side. Nehal asks him to get married to Mehek Di and he cannot handle her (Nehal). Gives him looks and goes away and Ajay is happy at her reaction.
Press meet is on a reporter asks Shaurya how he's feeling being there. Shaurya replies he's feeling very good, and he believes a person can go to any part of the world or how much ever a person grows and is successful in life, he never forgets the taste of home cooked food (ghar ka khana) and the people cooking here in the competition will definitely remind him the same with their cooking. Everyone claps hearing this. Rajeev asks him to remove his glasses, Shaurya tells him he can lie easily by putting them on. Another lady reporter asks him he owns half a dozen restaurants, has a good knowledge about the taste of food and what message he would like to give the contestants. Shaurya tells her as you said I have good know how about taste by God's grace, I would tell them whatever they prepare today should have the taste of home cooked food. Even in my restaurants we always try and show much ever cooking may be modern but we thrive to maintain the taste of home cooked food. Mrs Chawla waves to him and he reciprocates. Shaurya further says this quest has brought him here today. Tells them today is his fast, he'll not taste anything but will give marks based on presentation. Mrs Chawla gets up ans says she's the sole winner of Mrs Delhi competition and wants a selfie with Shaurya. Shaurya sas "Oh really and permits, she takes a selfie with him and flaunts it to Pammi and the crowd.
Akay and Nehal are lost in their own world flirting. Pammi and Mehek ae in their stall and Mehek is making preparations. Pammi warns her that she wants to win this competition at any cost and asks Mehek what will she tell if they ask about her. Mehek tells that she'll say she's the helper. Pammi asks her who will she tell has prepared the food and Mehek replies that Pammi has and she is the helper. Pammi tells her seeing her scared face, even a kid will know that Mehek is lying. Curses her fate for being in this situation. Tells Mehek to take a bck step when somebody comes to their stall and not to get lost in cooking. Mehek nods her head. Pammi asks Mehek to repeat again and she does. She asks Mehek to concentrate on food and not on her and says that somehow she has to beat Chawla and this Chawla has to forget the trophy and aks Mehek to hurry up. Mehek checks her message on mobile and sees KK's message wishing her "All the best for competition. He informs her that his duty is over and the place was a crap and asking about Mehek's. Pammi stops her from replying ordering Mehek to concentrate on her work and Mehek doesn't reply. KK is waiting for her reply.
Ajay is standing holding an umbrella eyeing Nehal, PD comes along with KC and asks him ow many followers he has on twitter. KC asks her not to trouble him, JC also comes there asks KC where are the washrooms. KC gives him a stern look and JC says, ok I'll control it. Ajay says he'll go to his mother and check, gives the umbrella to PD and goes there. Starts following Nehal who gives him some encouragement with her side looks. Pammi tells Mehek not to rush things and asks if she has put all the masala or not and that she'll go and check how much time is left , instructs Mehek not to sit but keep cooking. MC and PD come to Mehek and PD says how about some sweets and gives her chocolate and tells every good deed starts with a sweet. Mehek takes the chocolate and eats it, but she is feeling low and her face is sad. PD asks her what's the matter and her laddo's face is dull. Mehek tells PD that she is doing all this only for KC's sake, do marriages happen in this manner. One has to marry her and not her cooking na and even if Ajay marries her under pressure will it be correct. Will this marriage stick on ? Other day Ajay came home and rejected her and she had stopped thinking about this topic. Met Pammi aunty in the Gurudwaar and spoke about this competition and KC agreed immediately. Tells MC that she said even that day all this what's happening is not correct and she doesn't know any more what's happening. PD points her finger towards the sky and tells He'll set right everything, yesterday's was his doing and today is our doing, everything happens as per His wishes, so why should we worry today about tomorrow's happenings. MC asks Mehek she's doing all this for her Kanta Chachi na and Mehek says Yes. MC tells her to forget Mom-Son duo and just concentrate on her cooking and do magic with her cooking. Pammi comes there grumbling what she has gotten into and MC hears her and tells PD that Pammi is coming, PD gives Mehek a flying kiss and earns one in return from Mehek and KC, PD go away from there.
Ajay and Nehal are together and he's pestering for a kiss. Nehal is giving him attitude and asks him to take that from his intended, Mehek. Ajay tells he that for his Mom competition is important and for him?? Nehal asks who ? He wears his goggles and asks her to see for herself and Nehal sees her reflection on his goggles. MC is searching for Nehel and is angry at Nehal for not being there, she wants to roam around alone even during a family programme. Ajay says he has not come there for the sake of boring Mehek but for her, asks Nehal to give him a kiss now. Hearing MC they hide.
Anchor of the competition announces that it's be be 8 pm now and they have reached the final moments of the competition and all the participants are ready with their start their dishes. Starts the counting down and finally says on your mark, get, set and go. All the participants start their preparations including Mehek. Rajeev and Shaurya look on.
Pammi is after Mehek's life and keeps troubling her. Asks ehek what is she doing, whether she'll make her loose the competition. Mehek says everything is ok, she just needs to concentrate. Pammi asks her to concentrate and questions if Mehek is going to faint or what in the middle of the competition. Mehek asks her to add 3 spoons of masala and she does it but adds more of it. Mehek asks her what she did ? Pammi asks if she has spoilt the dish and begs Mehek to set it right. Puuls Mehek to the front and asks Mehek to prepare the dish and she'll keep a watch. Mehek takes a deep breath and tries to relax. Starts singing her mother's lullaby. PD is worried for Mehek and curses Pammi for troubling Mehek. MC is unable to find Nehal and she'll take Nehal's mobile away once they go home. KC asks them to maintain peace. JC comes to KC and tells her that he has urgent need to go to wash room and an annoyed KC asks him to go. JC goes to the same place where Ajay and Nehal are hiding and bangs on the door. They don't open and JC threatens to break it. Ajay's Dad comes there and tells him that he'll take him to another washroom. After they go from there, Ajay and Nehal come out and take a sprint.
Anchor is cheering up the competitors saying she knows they are all experts in cooking, but now they have only 18 minutes to go, asks them to hurry up and complete their cooking. Announce that the judges are joining them and Shaurya, Rajeev come to visit the stalls. They both come to Mr Chawla's stall and tells her that her green chutney is looking very interesting. Pammi goes all shy and thanks Shaurya and he adds just like her, ever green. Shaurya asks her not to panic and says still there is lot more time. Pammi sees them and worries why they are here now for inspection. Rajeev asks Shaurya when is the launch and Shaurya asks him what ? Rajeev says when are you launching yourself in movies, you're acting so well. Shaurya tells him, you know I hate M. M for middle class and for for Motapa and these ladies cooking over here have both.
Rajeev and Shaurya come to Pammi's stall and Shaurya says "Mehek toh achhi hai !! Mehek who is busy cooking is stunned thinking that he called her name and Pammi is all flustered thinking she has been caught. Pammi asks Shaurya, whick Mehek and what Mehek, stamps on Mehek's feet and tells Shaurya that she has prepared this dish, shows Mehek and tells the she is her helper. Shaurya sees a dish and asks is this dish Amritsari Paneer Bhrji. Pammi replies yes, this is paneer bhurji and she herself has prepared it. Stamps again on Mehek's feet and Mehek is in lot of pain. Shaurya looks at Mehek with interest, recognizes her and asks her if she is the same girl who fainted. Mehek nods and Pammi says she had eaten more and had gas, that's why she fainted. Shaurya turns to go away and Mehek calls him "Sir. He turns around and Pammi hurts Mehek again. Mehek tells Shaurya that she has to say something to him and Pammi is worried at her words. Mehek thanks Shaurya for the energy bar and Shaurya has a smile on his face hearing this. He takes out another energy bar and asks her to eat it next time before she faints, Mehek accepts it with grace and a smile.
Anchor does the last minjtes count down and asks the participants to start preparing the plating. Everyone starts their last minute preparations and she starts counting down from 10. All the dishes are lined up for judging. Anchor calls Rajeev and Shaurya for judging the dishes. Annunces that the judges will first taste Mrs Priyanka's dishes. Mehek starts moving away from the scene. Rajeev tastes the first dish. KC says if Mehek wins this competition, she'll win her life's race too. Prays to Mata Rani ti get Mehek married. Sees Nehal and asks where is Mehek and Nehal tells her that she has gone to a corner and is shivering. KC asks her to go and stay with Mehek. Nehal goes to Mehek and Mohit also joins them. Nehal asks Mehek not to keep high hopes as Chawla is winning for 3 years in a row. Mohit asks Nehal if she has tasted Chawla's dish or did she give Nehal money to promote her, asks Mehal to get lost from there and mocks Nehal as 12th failed. Nehal is angry and goes away from there. Judges are tasting other dishes. Mohit asks her she didn't want to get married and why is she is praying so hard to win. Mehek says she's not praying for herself or the sake of her marriage but she is asking for Pammi aunty's win. Mohit asks but why, she is a devil (dayan) and that he heard what all Pammi said to Mehek and wanted to give her a punch. Mehek reprimands him is that the way to speak about elders. She has taken the responsibility of making Pammi win this competition and wants that to be fulfilled.
Judges come to Mrs. Chawla's dish and Rajeev takes a spoonful of the first dish. Shaurya asks Rajeev in a low voice if he should take doctor's appointment for him for tomorrow. He knows someone who is a very good doctor for stomach ailments. Pammi prays for some insect (kheeda) to fall in Chawla's dish and spoil it. Rajeev tastes the dish and praises Mrs Chawla that her cooking is getting better every year. Mrs Chawla is dlighted at his words and thanks him. They come to the third contestant and Shaurya says it looks like a cholesterol swimmimg pool and his decision was right (not to taste), he's feeling suffocated with the smell. Rajeev has a close look, smells the dish and doesn't taste it. Tells the contestant that it's too oily and over cooked, sorry. Finally they come to Pammi's dishes. Rajeev has a look at the dishes which are 4 in number and says "Wow, everyone was sweating it out to prepare 3 dishes and you have prepared 4 of them. Shaurya asks if she had so much of time. Pammi boasts that the time was bit less else she would have prepared even more and prays to God to take of the Cheesy surprise dish prepared by Mehek. Entire Sharma clan is looking at Rajeev anxiously and he takes a scoop of Cheesy delight and smells it. Mehek is praying and KC has her heart in her mouth. Parmars too are tensed and look on. Rajeev puts it into his mouth for a taste and the expression on his face is priceless. Screen freezes on Mehek who is praying for Pammi's victory.
