Very nice post and very nice points👍🏼.It is absolutely right that Chachaji is her messiah and she is indebted to him for life for what he has done to her.So she can never choose Sameer over Anand and no one(not even Sameer)would expect her to do that.
It is completely alright for her to marry as per her family's wishes. But what did not go down with me were two things.
1)She never even made an attempt to tell Chachaji about her love for Sameer. The least she should have done after being in love for three years is to tell her family(at least Chachaji)about it.She could have told Anand that she will marry as per his choice and has already sacrificed her love. But she should at least have the courage to own up that she loved Sameer. But Naina was so overcome by what Chachaji would think of her that she gave up the battle at the thought of fighting it.That didn't go down well with me.
2)She showed little or no remorse for the pain she had caused to Sameer. She walked out of his life and into his life as and when she wished. That too didn't sit well with me.
Having said that,I agree with Priya's view that Anand's love is rather conditional, while Sameer's love is unconditional.Secondly Naina is more free with Sameer. She was able to tell him upfront that she was breaking up with him.She was also able to ask him to be friends again. That means she feels free to tell him whatever she feels without any fear of consequences or of being judged. But with Anand, she fears being judged.True love is when a person can say what is in their heart without fear or hesitation.Naina shares this comfort ONLY WITH SAMEER. So,I believe that though Naina might respect Anand more, she actually loves Sameer more than Anand. She herself doesn't realise this.
